Our answer is the Slater Designs 3 Piece Arch Traction pad, with cutaway sections in the back third of the pad placed for turning tight off the bottom. Circular and parallel cutaways in the first two thirds have been placed for pumping with your foot further forward.

Good Book, not Parshall though
Format: Kindle
The author uses more Japanese terms than any similar book that I've read but uses western naming conventions for Japanese people. I don't quite know what to think. Good diagrams.
